We had a great experience with Adam when we recently contracted him to sell our much loved home in Yeppoon. Every aspect went smoothly from start to hand over. His marketing skills sold our property by attracting the right buyers, and resulting in a sale within the first week it was listed. The first looker bought it. So that tells it's own story about Adam and his ability to get the job done. Would I use him again or recommend him to others? You bet I would. Rated by me as The Top Agent..

We listed our house with Adam after meeting with a few other agents, he was professional and honest with us and was sympathetic to our needs during a difficult time. (Covid and a health scare). He was always approachable and prompt in keeping us up to date with everything going on with the sale. We had an offer on the house within a week of listing which was amazing and Adam was very instrumental in achieving a great result for us.

While trying to sell our block of land in a difficult market, Adam went above and beyond all expectations. He was totally committed to assist us in any way he could to achieve our sale, keeping us up to date with current market values, always responsive, his communication with us was fantastic. Adam is a highly professional and knowledgeable agent for our area, we found him to be trustworthy, capable and reliable . We can't speak highly enough of Adam and would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell or buy in the Capricorn region.

Adam was fast negotiating with current owners for the perfect price and was fantastic communicating through the whole process. I recently sold another house with Adam so I was thrilled when we found this new home and that he was the Agent. He took the stress out of the whole process.

Working with Adam was a stress free and enjoyable experience.. Adam was very prompt with answering any questions and made everything very smooth and easy for us.

We recently bought a house through Adam as the agent. Incredibly easy to talked to, fabulous support and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Thankyou Adam for securing our new home. I highly recommend Adam and the team at RMW Reality to offer all their support and assistance in purchasing or selling your home.

Selling a property 6 hours away from where you are located can be tricky but Adam made it a breeze. Adam assisted in co-ordinating final trades to prepare the property for sale and then used local knowledge to price and market the property for a timely and hassle free sale. Thanks Adam.

Adam was honest and told us what we had to do to get the house ready for sale. He was very professional throughout the contract. We would recommend him to anyone.
