Within twenty minutes of the first phone call, Adam was around at the house and able to give a snapshot of the Taranganba area, his knowledge on recent sales was impressive. We loved the marketing and sales plan, the stepped process of seeing the house on social media as "coming to the market soon", the open house and then contract negotiation and management was great! I would certainly use Adam again when selling next time!
