This is our third experience dealing with Adam Dickie and Jess Dignin. Our first experience was purchasing an investment property on behalf of our son who resides overseas. This experience made us feel comfortable during the whole process. We engaged Adam and Jess to assist in the sale of my mothers home when it was time for her to move into a retirement village. This property sold after the first open home at a market price that exceeded out expectations. When it came time to sell our investment property we had no hesitation in engaging Adam for this task. We were pleasantly surprised that after the first open home there were 21 potential groups that went through the property which resulted in 11 written offers. 8 of these offers exceeded what we considered to be the value of the property. One of these offers successfully settled this week. At all times both Adam and Jess kept us up to date.
