I was interstate during the sale of my property and Adam would personally see to things like topping up the pool, watering the garden etc whilst I was away to ensure the house was in prime condition for the open homes. ‘Thorough’ is the word we’d use to sum up our experience with Adam selling our home. Thoroughly professional Thoroughly Engaging Thoroughly Informed Thoroughly enjoyable Thoroughly satisfied Adam made the whole process a great experience, we weren’t sure how this was all going to go, but Adam put us at ease immediately from the first moment we met him, he is professional, friendly and his knowledge of the industry is excellent, he answered all the questions and because of his experience, we were very much put at ease when it came to all the unknown’s about selling our home. Because of this the whole process ended up being minimal stress and maximum enjoyment ! The best part about this whole experience was when we informed Adam that we were going to go away on holiday in the middle of this whole process. We thought that might be a bit of a bother... but he said “no, no, not a problem, that’s actually a great idea” and then proceeded to tell us that it was amazing the amount of times he ends up selling people’s homes when they’re away on holiday, and funnily enough, that is exactly what happened, it made for a very memorable holiday for all the right reasons!
