Adam came highly recomended and new just what the market was doing regarding listing at the right price we were happy with his estimate for the sale, and he was spot on as the property went to offer on the first opening a great result for us all, meaning Adam's talent and our good fortune
A pleasure working with Adam Dineley who assisted with the purchase of my first investment property two years ago. Recently Adam reached out again, providing a free evaluation which showed some great equity and led to my second investment purchase this year (again through Adam). Prompt, transparent and with great attention to detail, always a pleasure to work with.
Adam understood the current market, which was by no means 'normal' at the time and was willing to try different online marketing strategies to increase exposure and potential buyers. He can think outside the box. I felt Adam to be genuine, with the focus being on his clients best interests above all.
My second time dealing with Adam and Shari and the Elders Rockingham team, always a please to deal with. Highly recommend Adam and his team.
I am a first home buyer and Adam was both professional and informative throughout the entire process. He always got back to me straight away and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend. Thank you!
Adam was excellent to deal with throughout the sale of my Rockingham property. He was professional, practical, and easy to communicate with. He gave clear advice, kept things moving smoothly through to settlement, and helped make the process much less stressful. I’d happily recommend Adam to anyone selling in the Rockingham area.
We cannot recommend Adam highly enough. Selling our home while preparing for an interstate move was incredibly stressful, but Adam made the entire process so much easier. Being based in Queensland, we needed someone we could trust completely, and Adam exceeded our expectations. He was honest, transparent, always kept us informed, and genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for all. We would highly recommend Adam to anyone buying or selling. Thank you Adam, we could not be more grateful.
Adam was very professional, knowledgeable of sales in the area and helpful to us throughout the process. He is a great agent!
We had a fantastic experience working with Adam. He made the entire process smooth, stress free, and easy to understand from start to finish. Communication was always clear and prompt, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. We really appreciated their professionalism, honesty, and dedication in helping us secure our home. Everything was handled efficiently, and we felt confident every step of the way. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Adam was amazing to work with, he provided multiple opportunities in the area and guided me in buying my first property.
Made the process as smooth as possible, answering any questions even outside of work hours and supporting us through the buying experience
I would recommend Adam to anyone. He knew what property was best suited for me and I love what I now have. Thank you Adam for finding the perfect home for me.
