*Adam Docking WAS the Real Estate Institute of Victoria President for 2021/22* To say the real estate business is in Adam’s blood would be a vast understatement – he has been mentored in the industry all his life by his father Max who is the founder of M J Docking & Associates. Adam’s entire life has centered around the real estate industry, and he has personally notched up over 30 years of experience as a real estate agent in his own right. Adam is just as enthusiastic about the industry now as he was all those years ago watching his father at work! After completing his school years at Yarra Valley Anglican School in Ringwood, Adam obtained his Diploma in Real Estate at Swinburn University of Technology and by the next year, gained his full Real Estate Agent’s Licence. Adam joined M J Docking & Associates in 1994 and by 1998 was appointed Director and Officer in Effective Control of the Vermont office upon his father’s retirement. He is still at the helm of the business that his family has proudly and successful run for over 30 years, and is a highly sought after agent and auctioneer. Adam has remained a local and now lives in Vermont South with his wife and two children. Adam believes that strong ethics, sound advice, effective marketing and a passion for real estate are key to achieving great results for his clients. He works tirelessly to help guide vendors through the often stressful and emotional journey of selling their family home and is often acknowledged for his sensitive yet smart and sensible approach. Very Professional & Knows the Real Estate Market!

Adam did a wonderful job selling our Mum's unit which we needed to sell very quickly. As the market was quiet with buyers, Adam knew exactly what to do to attract buyers to inspect, was constantly in communication with us and as a result, our goal was achieved! A complex sale handled well by Adam Docking

We had a large property which was suitable for development but was somewhat encumbered by access limited via a Body Corporate roadway. Adam introduced a number of developers who were concerned about possible Body Corporate limitations and also Council TP requirements. We were in negotiations with one developer, who wanted untenable settlement conditions, when Adam introduced private buyer, no conditions, settlement 180 days. Adam negotiated on our behalf and we were able to come to an agreement on a price which was close to what the Developer was prepared to pay but on more attractive settlement terms. Adam's perseverance and professional advice was much appreciated.
