Well it all started day one we were asked to vacate our house we weren’t able to be there for prospective buyers inspection we were told there were two people interested and the price go up but all we heard from Adam was drop the price the house was all ready around $250000 under what similar houses were going for but we accepted this as our house didn’t have what a lot of these houses had , Adam discouraged us from going to auction saying it was not a good thing in the area I still believe we could have done better at auction instead we were continually pushed into lowering the price I’m glad I stuck to my guns and didn’t come down. What really annoyed me was when I found out and not untill we sold that the buyer was doing renovations at Adams house and they were pals any wonder we were pressured into dropping the price the house was sold inside two weeks they got a bargain that’s why and that cost me $25000 and I might add once that was paid that’s the last we saw or heard of Adam other than the four or five emails from him asking us to give him a five star rating ( pigs might fly )
