We approached Adam at Impact some time ago and at the time we weren't happy at the prices on the market so Adam was very helpful with explaining what was our best plan to do later then covid struck and we were definate about selling and he suggested the best way to go about it and said he would do his best to get the amount that we needed. The property went on the Internet Friday and friday night he asked if he could do 4 opens on Saturday morning and on Saturday asked if he could do 2 more in the afternoon, Saturday night he rang and asked the garage sizes and asked could he bring 2 people through on Sunday. Monday Morning he rang and said he needed to see us and told us he had an offer we thought it would be a low offer but to our suprise it turned out to be more than we told him we needed. So after much work on his behalf he got the excellent Price. We have never had such a great experience with selling. Many thanks to Adam. We would recommend him to all.
