When we decided to sell our house we were a bit hesitant at first, we had read reviews, researched and did our homework before asking agents to come out. We had read reviews about Adam, and friends of ours had used him to buy and to sell a house, so we thought we would give him a go. It was the best decision we made, from the moment we rang Adam we knew he would be the one to sell our house. We said on the phone we wanted honesty and black and white. we didn't want the bells and whistles just pure honesty, and what our house is actually worth. When Adam came to appraise he did just that,we felt comfortable from the moment he stepped in the door, he was polite, laid back but professional and was straight up with us as to what our house was worth which is what we had asked. Adam sat down with us went through all the paper work, never once pushed us into anything, never once clocked watched and in fact I believe he was talking with us for over an hour and a half. Adam kept us extremely well informed even to the point that over the Christmas break Adam was still available even though he was on Holiday with his family, this to us is pure dedication and a love for his job and his clients.The process was smooth and stress free and we sold within four weeks.
