At our first meeting with Adam and Katie, we were taken away with their enthusiasm.  They came well prepared with a proposed campaign schedule and portfolio of recently sold properties in our area. More importantly, we didn't get the feeling that they were just telling us what they thought we wanted to hear. We knew almost immediately that we wanted them to be our agents.  We felt that we were in good hands. Adam was always professional, courteous and approachable.  Communication throughout the campaign was great - be it email/calls or text, Adam always kept us informed and was always prompt with replying, At times, it has often felt as though we were chatting with a neighbour, rather than our agent!   At opens, he would always arrive 15 minutes early to go over the house in case their was anything we missed, and would assist with turning on lights and opening blinds.  We really feel that he sold our place as if it were his own.
