Adam sold my unit in Redfern. Together with Vivienne and Joanna they collected data documents and marketed the unit diligently. Adam suggested staging for buyer attraction and feeling, and made me tear-up when I saw the unit all dressed up. Adam created leads and followed them up diligently, and briefed me with every open house and enquiries/offers, giving me a sense of being in the sale, and so I can make appropriate and proactive decisions. Adam considered all the challenges with selling the unit, and there were a couple of standout doozies with this one, nothing to do with the unit though, and negotiated with the buyer for these. Adam followed up offers and counter offers before the auction, maximising the sale price right up to the eve of the auction. Adam is so professional, he opened up for the buyers before the sale, and settlement, and for me for a final clean before settlement, something an agent is obliged to do, but I know some do not.
