I engaged Adam to sell my apartment in Newtown and got a fantastic result. We started off market. I didn't expect to sell before going on the market, but Adam found a buyer and we achieved a price I was happy with. What stood out for me was his communication, he always kept me in the loop and got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. Adam's a genuinely friendly guy and easy to talk to, but also straight with you, which I really appreciated. It made the whole thing a lot more straightforward when it could've been stressful.
