I have bought and sold with Adam, and he does a lot of things well, but for me the most important thing is " answering the phone ". Adam more then likely takes my call on my first call, but if I do get the message bank, my call is returned within the hour, even when he is on leave..... At a minimum, give Adam the opportunity to present to you, he won't let you down.
