During the process of selecting an agent to sell our property, Adam’s representation of himself and Garvey & Co remained consistent, helpful and unpressured, while other agents would say anything to please in order to get the business, but didn’t back it up with information and decisions when needed. Throughout the campaign leading up to the auction, Adam worked quietly and efficiently to make sure everything went smoothly, from styling and maintaining the property and handling the contract through to notifying prospects, running the open houses and keeping everyone informed.
