We had never met Adam or his team before, but chose him after advice from a friend. On our first meeting he was very friendly and upfront about everything that had to be done to sell our property. We had tenants in place and they were catered to as well, with gift hampers and so much communication from the team, thus creating a far less disruptive experience for them. The Team has walked us through the sale and given us direction at every turn, always available if there were questions. He even has a courtesy trailer to help move out when the sale is finalised!
