I can't recommend Adam and the rest of the gang at Team Gould highly enough! We had selected a number of agents to come to our house for valuation and to discuss their services and price, none of them were as comprehensive from those that Team Gould offered. To give you an indication of some of their standard services they are professional photographs, an awesome video with drone flyovers, a 3D walk through of our property. However what really blew us away was the inclusion of a consultation with an interior designer who come to our house and advised us what the best way was to present our property not only for our photographs but for the open homes. We took full advantage of this feedback and took everything on board that we were told, We then put in the work necessary to get our property ready, the results were the photo's looked great and we ultimately sold our house within two weeks of being on the market! We had excellent communication from Adam after every open home and throughout the entire sales process to keep us both informed and updated along with guidance and advice. Adam's rates were also super competitive!
