I met Adam when looking for a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment in the north western suburbs. I inspected the apartment I eventually bought in the Edgewater Estate, Maribyrnong. When telephoned after the inspection I gave feedback that the area lacked the direct public transport to the city compared to Moonee Ponds and Essendon and did not have air-conditioning in the bedrooms. As I was unfamiliar with Maribyrnong, Adam provided me with detailed instructions of how to drive to Middle Footscray station where I could park and catch a train to the city, even including how long the drive would take. He encouraged me to do this drive at different times of the day to see the traffic conditions. Adam pointed out to me that for the same price the apartments in Edgewater were substantially larger than in the other suburbs with train stations. Adam could not have been more helpful to assist me apply to the body corporate to install extra air-conditioning units. He showed great initiative in contacting the body corporate to find out the rules for installation of air-conditioning units. He even located a neighbour who was on the body corporate and took the time to secure their support for approval of my application. Furthermore, he researched air conditioning units of the required quietness and dimensions and provided me with a list of models, including prices. He even measured the spaces for the piping and made himself available to admit an air conditioning specialist in to quote. Finally, he assisted me when obtaining quotes to replace the carpet with flooring. He told me when he thought a surcharge to deal with a body corporate was unreasonable and saved me several hundred dollars. All this before I even submitted an offer! I wish the real estate agent who sold my previous property had half the genuine care and customer service of Adam. He is a credit to the profession.
