Adam is in a very special role with retirement units. Would I recommend Adam for normal real estate sales? No. Adam is neat, well spoken, and is approachable. However on a number of occasions I have needed to contact Adam a number of times for information and clarification

Adam kept myself and my partner up to date with everything going on behind the scenes instead of us wondering ourselves and chasing up answers. Adam was very easy to talk to when making an offer on one of his listings and didn't give off the stereotypical vibe that in my experience, most realtors have. e.g not full of himself and trying to play games. Adam has reshaped my opinion on realtors and there should be more like him.
