When it came time to sell our house in Rosebery, there was only one Agent with the experience and knowledge to achieve our goals. There were many houses in our street that were listed with other agents and they were simply not moving. Our house was a large Executive House that had won a Housing Industry Award, but it was on a small 600 sq m block. Adam devised the right structure of strategies and kept us positive at times when we thought our house would join the rest of the houses trying to be sold on the street. The house sold in six weeks. A truly magnificent result considering the state of the market at that time. We are so pleased our first instinct in the selection of the RIGHT Agent to sell our property was correct thereby allowing us to move on to our retirement on the Sunshine Coast in an acceptable timeframe.
