When it came time to sell our house in Rosebery, there was only one Agent with the experience and knowledge to achieve our goals. There were many houses in our street that were listed with other agents and they were simply not moving. Our house was a large Executive House that had won a Housing Industry Award, but it was on a small 600 sq m block.
