Adam is by far the best agent we have used throughout our extensive dealings in real estate. His knowledge of Meningie is second to none. Adam always returned our calls promptly and followed up and inquiry we had at great speed - like internet with zero pings. I would highly recommend Adam Wade Hurle to anyone looking to buy or sell in Meningie and the surrounding area.

I used Adam and his team to sell my Lakefront holiday home in Meningie. His approach was professional and positive. He secured a smooth sale and an excellent price for our home within about a week. If you want a agent who is honest and open, can successfully negotiate the most fragile of purchases and still get your sale across the line, then Adam and Coorong Reality are the team for you. I couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the service we received from Adam when selling my house. Thankyou

It was super easy and very pleasant to deal with Adam and he made everything super easy i am very happy thank you

I chose Adam over two other agents as he came across as a genuine down to earth guy with a professional approach from the get go. The staff Nicky and Luke were also pleasant to deal with. Nicky being bright and friendly. Luke making himself available on short notice. Truely a future agent there also in the making. I highly recommend the team at Coorong if you are looking to get the price you want for minimal hassle.

Adam worked hard on the sale of my property at a time when the market was quite volatile. Covid-19 restrictions made showing the property and negotiating with interstate buyers more difficult. If you want a genuine and honest agent, choose Adam. You won’t regret it!

Adam was always helpful and appreciated the difficulties we had buying sight unseen from a remote location.

I found Adam a rare agent in that I knew very well he was working for the owner of the property I was buying but found him so helpful courteous and he went out of his way to fit in with me both during and after the contract signing. Always friendly and helpful and kept me well informed. I've dealt with many agents over the years but I must say he is one I would strongly recommend and if I were selling a property in his area he is the only agent I'd use

The purchase of this property was straight forward despite all the challenges of COVID and distance. Everything was done on line allowing me to easily negotiate, document and settle without having to change my hectic schedule.

Adam is up to date with home sales in my area. He was very approachable and marketed my home well.

We were very impressed with the whole sales process, particularly the listing presentation, the professional property photos and the immediate offers! Well done Adam, and the team at Coorong Realty.

Adam did a excellent job. He new what he was talking about and what he said, he delivered.

Adam was very professional with his prompt appointments, communication and sales. He presented a very polite manner, always attended to my emails and all aspect of sales. I would have no hesitation to deal with Coorongrealty and Adam Hurle in the future and recommend his service to anyone. Thanks to Adam and his team @ Coorongrealty Tailem Bend S.A.
