Adam really cares about his clients. This is a scarce and valuable part of working with him. We've bought and sold two properties with him and it's a total given that the process will be simple and well-managed with Adam and the team. Were very happy with the service and level of commitment/communication we've had with Adam and will be using him in the future on our next step with no doubt at all.

This is the second time we’ve had the pleasure of having Adam as our agent, both for the purchase and sale of land we bought and now the purchase of our first home. Adam has been super helpful and communicative every step of the way and has made the process (especially for complete newbies) so smooth for us. A huge thanks to Adam and the team!

Adam was very accommodating whenever we needed to check things at the property. He was always professional and still managed to put us at ease. Our questions were answered courteously without us feeling silly for having asked. Adam kept us in the loop regarding deposit, contacts, conveyancing and settlement. After we had moved in he came to see that we were settled. I would certainly use him again if we decide to move.

Adam and his team have made the process of selling a house very easy and stress free. They have always been responsive, made suggestions and kept in touch regularly with updates. Thanks to the Coorong Realty team for being so professional and personalised.

Thanks Adam and team for an easy purchase journey. You all were available at the end of a phone or email , it made purchasing from a distance incredibly simple and fuss free. We are really happy with your work ethic and your welcome to town !

Thanks to Adam for all his help our purchase and move were smooth and his aftersale help was excellent. I would recomend Adam and his team to anyone interested in moving to the area

Adam provided excellent advice and spot on service in our recent sale. Highly recommend him and Coorong Realty.

I went smooth and easy for sale of my land with Adam and his colleagues

Adam dealt with our sale in a most professional manner. He advised us of the market price honestly and we always felt that he was trustworthy. It was a very comfortable sale and at no point did we feel nervous about the transaction.

We purchased land off Adam at Meningie SA as a future investment. As we do not live in South Australia I thought maybe it might be difficult but it wasn’t and Adam was always available for us for a chat if needed and gave us advice as required 👌👌

Adam was very helpful during the purchase as well as the sale of our land. Always communicating promptly and giving us the best advice. Would highly recommend him.

Adam was helpful and patient throughout the process of purchasing our block of land. I also appreciated that he communicated through various means due to my job commitments. Overall, excellent and timely communication and service.
