Living in a small community and knowing Adam as boy and man over thirty years gave us confidence in his integrity and ability from the commencement of our house sale experience. Adam showed not only excellent knowledge of the local market and hosuing situation but also a keenness to ensure we knew what and why we were selling and what were our needs from the sale. he drew on his sales experiences to help us to assess the current market value of our property without raising false hopes for higher prices. the process was explained, including all costs which co uld be associated with the sale and seettlement of the property and from this we were able to determine the base figure and the advertised asking price. He was within a few dollars of the final cost - not sure if it was his way or our way. While keeping us informed of the stages of the process and respondiing to our questions periodically, he was not intrusive at any point and arranged inspection with enough notice for us to conveniently vacate the property. The negotiation with the buyer was clean and quick. We were presented with an offer and it was below what we could accept. within a couple of hours a second offer slightly above our base price was received and the deal settled within a couple of hours of first offer. Adam kept us in touch with what ahd to happen and the timeline as well as helping us know what our responsibilities were re preparing the property for settlement and handover. It was really so easy for us and while the intitial figure for costs seemed high to we who have never done a property sale before, it was worth it all to have the process completed so efficiently and speedily. thankyou Adam
