Me and the mrs were a little scared at first of going to auction. Adam guided us through what would be required and gave us a comprehensive review of the current market and how it was reacting. We felt secure and confident throughout the whole process and Adam also suggested some extra tips prior to open house to help increase buyer interest. We ended up selling prior to auction for a price that exceed our expectations by more than 10%. Needless to say a wine or 2 was had that afternoon.
