At first I did not like the idea of doing an auction but after Adam told me the benefits I decided to listen to his advice I set my reserve at 450 and ended up getting 30 thousand over the whole time Adam was very honest and reliable and told me what I needed to do to ensure that my auction was a success we worked together over the month and ended up having a great and stress free sale. Raine and Horne were very professional in their approach to the sale of my home I found Adam and Omer to be very well informed and have an excellent knowledge of the local Roxburgh Park market they always kept me up to date with every single buyer that was going through my property especially since I was selling it empty and wasn’t able to see any of the open for inspections they were very truthful in the sale of my home and even organised some work to be done to my property as I was very busy and couldn’t do it myself.
