Above and beyond...

After searching for property in Sydney, Canberra and the Sunshine Coast for nearly a year we found a wonderful block in Eumundi. We had dealt with some good agents but Adam was truly great. He is kind, helpful, honest and easy to talk to. My family has been in real estate since 1987 so having grown up with a father and brother as agents I was used to a very different type of pushy sales agent. We loved the block immediately and didn’t bother with the usual game playing, there were some delays on the vendors side but Adam kept us informed the whole way as we patiently waited for the vendor to decide what they would do with the land. Adam had our backs when we had many issues with the mortgage brokers making multiple mistakes and had to postpone the cooling off period and settlement more than 4 times. He helped us get extensions each time even though the vendor wanted to pull out. Adam checked on us during the stressful process, reassured us and kept up a positive spirit when we were having stressful days and thought that the vendor would cancel the contract. At the end of it he gave us a beautiful box of fruit and goodies from our favourite local store in Eumundi (since he knew I didn’t drink alcohol) and we also gave him a gift and thank you card as a token of our gratitude. Adam knows the area and the market very well He knows how to sell without having to be pushy and annoying, he had the best interests of the vendor as well as us helping us which is rare, but best of all Adam went the extra mile to help us out and reassure us when challenges arose. I would highly recommend Adam as an agent and told him that he would be our first port of call if we were ever in the market to purchase or sell.
