He was always there when we needed him and helped immensely with negotiations. Having said that, our very, very tiny unit sold within 2 weeks at a very good price. We have contacted Adam for an appraisal of our property following a letter box drop. The appraisal looked very favourable especially after receiving a comprehensive market analysis.
