He was always very professional, well-prepared, kept us up-to-date with progress, unbelievably supportive even to the extent that he helped with things which needed doing around his house, co-opting the help of his family to assist us in a very difficult situation. He was understanding, kind, caring and supportive. I can't believe how fortunate we were to have such an amazing person in Adam. He was understanding, listened to feedback and took it on board, was always really positive and encouraging, looking for the best outcome for seller and purchaser.
