Earlier this year (2024) Adam contacted me to say that he had buyers interested in my property in a gated complex on the Gold Coast. While I had not actively thought of selling, I gave Adam the OK to show the property to the prospective buyers and one of them immediately went to contract. However, a building and pest inspection that they undertook noted some problems with the property and they cancelled the contract. Living interstate from the property would have made rectification of these problems more difficult and during this time Adam had kept in touch updating me on what was happening in the area. These updates were not only during working hours but outside of those hours as well. One of the options that he offered was to go to market "as is", but to be very transparent with any prospective buyers of the challenges. Each prospective buyer was given the reports with quotes for work required and nothing was hidden from them. Due to Adam’s strategic marketing plan, keen negotiation skills and integrity the property sold in about two weeks at what I believe was a fair price for both buyer and seller.
