Earlier this year (2024) Adam contacted me to say that he had buyers interested in my property in a gated complex on the Gold Coast. While I had not actively thought of selling, I gave Adam the OK to show the property to the prospective buyers and one of them immediately went to contract. However, a building and pest inspection that they undertook noted some problems with the property and they cancelled the contract. Living interstate from the property would have made rectification of these problems more difficult and during this time Adam had kept in touch updating me on what was happening in the area.
