Selling after a 1000 year flood

Adam sold my 10 acre, 4 bedroom house in Middle Pocket despite the very bad flood, and some problems we did not know about the property. He found the right buyer at the right time, and it went very smoothly. Another thing I like about Adam, and his brother and sister, also in the business, is that they are the real thing. They are born and bred locals with local knowledge. Adam got the exact price he predicted, despite my asking a higher unrealistic selling price. I was given plenty of notice about appointments, and was always on time. He is also well mannered, and dresses well, and was not pushy. The commission was low. And I was not asked for money in advance for the very good spread of photographs provided. This included drone shots of the property. Highly recommended.
