Excellent Agent - Undoutbedly the best we came across

We met a huge number of agents during our house hunt and rate Adam as the best agent we came across. Adam was knowledgeable about the property sale process, the property itself which was subject to a pending subdivision approval, and the fair market value of the house. Adam was also a great communicator, very responsive, forthcoming with information and never vague. I am a property lawyer working in acquisitions and sales of land and found it frustrating dealing with some agents who tried to deceive us about the state of the transaction including subdivisions, encumbrances and terms of the contract for sale in order to push our offer through. By contrast Adam knew everything he should have about the property and promptly supplied all information including contracts, titles, strata plans and encumbrances and explained anything we needed assistance with. It made buying the house stress free and we felt we could trust him. We put an offer on our place immediately after one brief viewing, the contract was negotiated and accepted quickly and the ball rolled smoothly to settlement with no issues.
