I would like both to recommend and applaud Adam on his fore sight to market a property that was not inviting for prospective buyers to even consider. My rental property whilst clean was storage haven for many treasured collectables. Adam, after extensive property comparisons listed this home at a very reasonable price, conducted opens, found a buyer and negotiated a price that I was very satisfied with. The time taken from listing to sale was around 3 weeks.
