Adam is a straight talking professional. He was prompt and courteous and responded to all our enquiries almost immediately (even while he was in transit). His assessment of the market was strong and his brand of communication down to earth and on topic. His observations and judgements were based on fact and his sound knowledge of Real Estate in Nillumbik. I am not able to rate his negotiation skills, unfortunately, as I was not present when these took place.
