Adam knew his clientele and was able to advise the seller as to how to present the property. Adam was particularly knowledgeable about the value of homes in the area and correctly estimated a selling range. His valuation was based on sales in the area. Other agents did not seem to be able to get their comparison data correct. Adam did. He said he was confident he could sell the house quickly and he did - in two weeks. Well done Adam!
