Adam handled the sale of my home really sensitively given it was prompted by an unpleasant divorce. Anyone who finds themselves facing the sale of their home in these circumstances would be in good hands with him. He kept me well informed through the sale process and made my attendance at the auction as stress free as he could.

As we had never been keen on the idea of an auction, Adam firstly had to point out the potential advantages of selling in this way. He is a wonderful communicator and managed to convince us this would be the way for us. He was always available for an update, enquiry or even just a chat to calm the nerves. We really felt a sense of just handing the job over to Adam and trusting him to do it well. His calm yet capable manner was very reassuring and we appreciated the way he listened to how we were feeling about the whole process. On the big day we couldn't have had a better outcome! There were 8 bidders and smiles all round when a lovely young couple bought the house. We were so glad that we had Adam as our agent. It is an emotional thing to do selling the family home and Adam helped so much to make it the positive experience we had. If we ever sell in the future we will be catching up with Adam again!
