Helpful at the start, average afterwards
- made numerous agreements which were not met - relating to appliances, property condition etc. No constructive responses from Adam or TheAgency on my follow-up communications.
- all contact with Adam was diverted to an assistant once papers were signed
- pre-purchase inspection items were communicated as resolved, and upon moving in some of these had not been completed. No helpful follow-up from TheAgency, and a developer who does not answer phone calls (must think social distancing includes phone-calls).
- Maintenance people at the property saying contact the agent, an agent saying contact the developer, and a developer not answering phone or messages. Standard games play.
- very short sighted level of service given my real potential as a future customer, now void.
- Good readiness to meet at the property pre-purchase. I bought the property same day, easiest customer to deal with, and get this service as a result.
