Adam suggested minor improvements we could make before going to market that no doubt made a big difference in the final price Adam secured for us, which far exceeded our expectation. His contractor recommendation’s were also solid - the Property Staging company he suggested were fantastic and made a big difference to the feel of the home when walking through it. Adam and his team were always easy to deal with, made the selling process as stress free as possible, always available to answer any queries at any time.
