We worked with Adam during a long and complex sale involving several parties - he was always available, professional, got us a wonderful price and navigated through the complexities I would recommend Adam for any property transactions you have - he's one of true, honest, to-the-point professionals I've had the pleasure of working with
If i can give 6 out of 5 then i will. Know his stuff and very fair and under stable. We need more Adam in Real Estate Industry. I cannot fault him… from beginning to end, Perfect!
I highly recommend Adam and his team as outstanding Sales Agents. They know the market and explained the process which put my mind at ease knowing my property is in good hands. Adam goes above and beyond ensuing all parties are looked after and happy with the outcome.
I found Adam is not only highly professional but also very helpful.. I would like to engage with him for my any future property as well.. highly recommended..
Adam was terrific throughout the whole purchase process. Very relaxed but professional when showing me the property. Very transparent and honest. Adam has a great approach of obviously wanting to be fair and do best by all parties. In what can be a stressful process, Adam was wonderful to work with.
Knowledgeable about the local market and very experienced agent. Even though COVID lockdown affected sales, Adam still worked hard to meet our expectations and sold it for a reasonable price.
My purchase of property was easy and with no dramas because of Adam. He is helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects. I can't recommend him enough for anyone looking to buy or sell. Five stars always.
Adam was so professional , responsible and got me the best price.
I and my family have had an awesome experience with Adam earlier this year (since Jan / Feb 2021) as we need to sell our property at Orara Strret, Waitara before we could settle to our new home. Adam 's expertise and professionalism is second to none around the area and he brought in a lot of potential buyers during this really difficult times and short period of time and made it happened for us. As much as I hate moving away from Hornsby area , I would still be highly recommending Adam to be your preferred agent if you decide to sell / buy / rent any properties around the area and I will certainly "bother" Adam again if I decide to move back to Hornsby area in the future as well.
As a first time seller, Adam made the entire process extremely simple and stress-free. His knowledge of Waitara was excellent and he was confident that we were able to get the price that we were after. The property sold extremely quickly for a price that I was happy with, thanks to buyers that Adam already had connections with. It was a fantastic overall experience and Adam made the entire process much less daunting for a first-time seller like myself.
Adam has been doing excellent job as a middle party in between seller and myself with quick response and professional communication skills. Strongly recommend.
Adam took hold of the sale with both hand from start to finish Excellent result well beyond expectations and is such a short time Thank you again adam
