Even though this year property market is so slow, he has done great job as a real estate agent because actually I didn't expect my unit to be sold in such tough market condition so I gave up and asked him to withdraw the sale. He said yes, But he never give up!!!! and try extremely so hard and finally found a prospect buyer who really loved my unit. I recommend that he is one of really good and trustful real estate agent and should not be regrettable.

I was so fortunate to find Adam, his knowledge of the area is outstanding, his communication skills are excellent. I appreciated him calling me and telling me exactly what was happening with my property.

Adam was open and clear and managed our expectations from the start. He worked hard in a difficult market to get us the sale we wanted. Very happy.

Adam Noakes was looking after the sale of our property in Hornsby. To summarise his service throughout the process, he was always professional, efficient and very easy to work with. What we most appreciated was his constant communication throughout the period as he was always sure to keep us updated. We would not hesitate to recommend Adam as an agent.” Andrew & Stephanie Barham

Adam Noakes is very good agent, he give us very professional advises when he is selling our apartment, he sold our apartment in about three weeks, and the price has set a suburb record in the current declining market. We have made the right choice to have Adam as our agent. Well Done Adam! I will certainly recommend Adam to my friends when they sale their property in the area.

Adam is both professional at all times and also very friendly and approachable. We trusted him and his associates with the sale of our last two properties and can highly recommend.

Adam Noakes has been great to work with, throughout the time it took us to sell our property he has always answered any questions we had with honesty and openness, kept us up to date after every open home, and had respect for our home. He knew what we wanted and it was done, I would go so far as to say he went over and above to sell for us as quickly as possible. We felt like we could trust his advice. We would recommend Adam Noakes and Laing + Simmons.
