I highly recommend Adam. He sold our building in a very difficult market - right at the peak of Covid-19. The auction was cancelled by the government restrictions, and many buyers pulled back. Therefore, it took great initiative and negotiation skills to achieve this result. Adam is professional, positive, honest, and very good at his job. He answers his phone. He follows through. He surpassed my expectations.

In order to give my comment I first need to give the details so that its supports the conclusion - Adam and Trent are really good person, and really outstanding professional. First, I was the buyer and I got the property on Auction. To help with my settlement, Adam kindly gave me advice in my interest, helping with with the details that I might've forgotten about as a first time home buyer. Everybody knows they receive pay from the seller, but it's really kind of them to take care of my side too. Also, after the settlement I did not know a lot of things about the property (matching keys with doors, looking for meter box, here and there in the property etc.) Adam and Trent came again to help me, talk me through every point that I was confused about. So appreciated to their help. I'd really recommend them! They take care of the people they provide service to, with real action. So, I think they are really trustworthy professional!
