He organised trades-people to prepare the property ahead of the marketing; he ‘stepped-us through’ all council/government requirements, etc., and explained all the promotional steps being undertaken. Initially too he organised a visit by Offermann colleagues to the house. We always received detailed summaries of ‘open-house’ events immediately after they happened and felt informed about the process all along the way. His on-going communications with us were outstanding - not something which one can always rely upon with selling agents, as we well know. Thank-you Adam. We remain most appreciative.
