Adam was very good eith communication and if he was not able to answer a question immediately he researched the problem and came back with the solution. The settlement was above our ecpectatiom as we were foreigners buying so had to pay 7% over and above the stamp duty. This had nothing yo do with Adam's duty as an agent.
