I first had contact with Adam 3 years ago for an appraisal. At the time I was not thinking of selling and advised Adam that. About every 6 months Adam would ring just to touch base and follow up. When I decided to sell, I sought Adams advice on how to best present my property for sale. I believe his advice was instrumental in me achieving an outstanding sale price. During the sale process Adam was exceptional and I have no hesitation in recommending his services to future buyers or sellers.
