My husband and I have bought and sold properties before however when seeking this investment property through Adam Phillis he was very professional and had the knowledge and integrity we could appreciate. I'd prefer never to use anyone else again if I had my way, Adam just made it so pain free. If I can say anything, Adam's not your typical agent and he truly does care, which is a breath of fresh air.
