Adam had all the information about the property and could answer all our queries if not sure emailed us later with an update. Adam was respectful to the seller but so accommodating to the purchaser and had the best sense of humour making conversation and communication so easy. We have bought and sold around 7 properties and this sale was not a smooth process but Adam never stressed and was positive throughout the whole process.
