Adam was a perfect agent to purchase and sell through. Very friendly and easy going and explains everything in layman's terms. The purchase of the new house was not straight forward and many hoops had to be jumped through in regards to selling our current home first before a new purchase could be made. Adam took on both these challenges & was right there to assist in any way. He communicated with the sellers multiple times on our behalf and made a very technical buy/sell seem easily possible. I honestly think a lot of other agents would have put it in the too hard basket but here we are in our new home (thanks to Adam) Can highly recommend.
Adam attended to the initial appraisal of our property and in consultation with the team at Real Way came to the right price range for the sale. The marketing of our property with listings locally on Facebook and then nationally was a real winner. Professional photos were then taken with drone images as well. A floor plan was also included. Adam's had the right people doing the right job at the right price. After a number of open homes, a buyer was found and offered the right money straight up. Our decision was made easy.
