How quick can a house be sold? Photos Tues, board up Weds, sold Thurs- and the top end of what we were asking. We found Adam to be very competent, very knowledgeable and yes a bit flamboyant. However, unlike other agents we liked the fact that after initially talking to him , he said he would leave it to us to contact him if we wanted to use him. Other agents just kept pestering us. We couldn't have asked for a better result- thanks to both Adam and Trent.
