Adam was friendly and profession in all stages of the process. The first interview he was open and honest with his information and backed up his knowledge with facts and figures. He gave advise about how best to present the property. He kept in contact about results from open house days. On auction day he was clear on the strategy he would follow on bidding, including vendors bid if required. He worked hard during the auction to get the best result and we were extremely satisfied with the result.
Adam is super enthusiastic and treats the selling of your house the way he would treat his own. He is a perfectionist because he wants the best possible outcome for his customer. He did promise big (considerably bigger than another agent I got to appraise) and achieved the top of that range. He told us he would have it sold quickly, and did exactly that also. He could have let us take an offer well below what we achieved, but wanted us to push for more. And it got us an extra 20k. Awesome agent! Would use Adam again in a heartbeat. Being this was our 1st ever house sale we went in very green and not really understanding the process. We had met with several different agents to try and get a feel for who would be best for us and Adam was well and truly the one we felt had our best interests at heart and had a game plan from the get go. The other agents were either not prepared or not confident in what they thought they could do but Adam presented to us in assured manner which for the 1st home seller really put us at ease. Once the process got started Adam was always available to provide some guidance and advice in what to do to ensure we could maximize our sale price. We had 1 or 2 delays with some external service people and once Adam was aware he literally on the spot would call them to find out why they hadn't done as promised. Come sale time, Adam was very confident and as he had said during the initial meeting the house sold at the 1st open house 4 days after hitting the market. We achieved slightly more than our asking price and Adam knowing that we were now living interstate and requiring a quick settlement managed to negotiate a 30 day settlement as well. In summary, Adam provides everything you would want when selling a house for the first time. Great communication, transparency, hard work and most importantly results!! I could not recommend Adam highly enough to anyone looking to sell their pride and joy in Sunbury/Diggers Rest.
