We found Adam Sacco to be a man of his word. When interviewing agents for our sale, while others were uncertain regarding sell price and timing, Adam promised us he would sell our house before Xmas, and get at least what we wanted. After 3 days on the market, an one 30 minute open, Adam secured a 60 day contract at a higher price than we had originally expected, and $5,000 above the price he said we would reasonably expect.
