He didn't ask us to seriously consider the first offer that came in close to our reserved price. Updated us within minutes of every open inspection and sent thru a full report of people who inspected the property. Always well prepared, calm and very positive yet still stayed truthful which is really hard to find. Once Adam got our listing he NEVER came back with " well, the markets just not there. Perhaps we need to reconsider your asking price" which is pretty common talk from an agent. Instead he was the exact opposite.
